So there I am—staring at a bowl of ice water like it’s my next great life decision.
Because apparently, this is what it takes now to go viral.
Let me back up for a sec.
You’ve probably seen the reel.
Some dude wakes up at 4:45 AM (because of course), mouth taped shut like he’s smuggling secrets from the dream realm, journals by candlelight, dances like he’s in an Apple Watch ad, then dunks his head in a bowl of ice water like it’s a spiritual cleanse.
Classic “main character” morning routine content.
And it blew up.
So naturally… a whole bunch of creators started making their own takes.
I thought:
Alright.
Let’s have some fun.
I grabbed a bowl.
Filled it with ice.
Set up the shot.
And dunked.
(And yes, it’s exactly as cold as it looks.)
Honestly though? My mornings aren’t always perfect. And maybe yours aren’t either.
Sometimes I wake up slow.
Sometimes I have lot’s of energy.
