Low iron is NOT what you think

You think low iron is from not scarfing down enough spinach or not eating sufficient pills? Sure, maybe you’re not eating like a rabbit, or Aunt Flo’s visits are too long, or your gut’s playing nutrient absorption tricks. Yeah, those can tank your iron. But here's what will make your jaw drop:
Women with “normal” serum iron/hemoglobin on lab tests are still wiped out, foggy, and feeling like roadkill. Why? Because those tests are LIARS! They miss the real story: your ferritin, that’s your iron savings account, the backup stash your body dips into to keep blood pumping, is dangerously low. You’re running on fumes!
